By downloading, installing, or using OneTap Tools ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of OneTap Tools, including visitors to our website at onetaptools.app.
2. Description of Service
OneTap Tools is a mobile application that provides a suite of utility tools including, but not limited to, QR code scanning and generation, background removal, document scanning, file conversion, optical character recognition (OCR), PDF editing, augmented reality measurement, and clipboard management. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of OneTap Tools and any content you process through the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to process copyrighted material without authorization, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You must be at least 13 years of age to use OneTap Tools.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the property of OneTap Tools and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any content you create or process using the App. We claim no rights over files, images, or documents you process through our tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
OneTap Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable. In no event shall OneTap Tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of OneTap Tools may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly presented before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
